I look for artistic inspiration everywhere. Day, night, rain, snow or sun our world changes with the environment and reveals itself in mysterious ways. Come along with me on my journey and experience the world through my eyes.

Man’s best friend. It is true. Teddy is the most photographed dog we have had. He and I have a special relationship. Perhaps I am just kidding myself and all he wants from me is food and exercise. If that is the case I will let him take advantage of me because he does such a good job at making me feel like I am his best friend and vice versa.

Once I figured out how to take photos showing motion I was hooked on photography. I love to take photos of cars, buses, trains, people and pets in motion. Capturing the moment a car or bicycle speeds past in traffic is fascinating and tells its own story. Look for my photos of people inside a bus; or a train in motion. What are you thinking as you observe these moments ? What are the passengers thinking as they move past the camera ?

Objects are interesting. Why are they the shape they are ? Did nature or man design them ? What is their function and what influence did that have on their design ? A telephone, a pair of plyers, a motorcycle helmet. Each serves a purpose and unique function. We live with objects and generally they make our lives easier because they solve a problem or serve a purpose. Let me know what objects influence your daily activities.
